Your Fit Lifestyle is Not a Quick Fix

Your Fit Lifestyle Is Not A Quick Fix

You may have tried “fad diets” in the past. They may have even worked for you. But when the 21 days are over, and you’ve lost weight (and a little of your sanity), you may feel even worse than before. Sure, you looked good in that outfit at the class reunion, but now what? As soon as you stop working hard, you’ll be back exactly in square one again.

It’s unfortunate that this is the case, but it’s true. Living a healthy life isn’t something you do for a while and then stop. You can’t carry good health through your life without actively working toward it each day. You have to think about it as a permanent change to your life, not a quick fix.

The great thing about this is, you don’t have to crash diet forever to get the results you want. You don’t have to swear off burgers and friends for life in order to look and feel the way you desire. Because this is a permanent change, you can create room for the things you love without going 100% hardcore every day for the rest of eternity.

Take your fitness journey one step at a time, rather than trying to dive in head first for 21 days, or 30 days, or 3 months. Take it one day at a time, and commit to permanent change for best results!
