Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Mauro sits down with Analisa Naldi.
Analisa, who has been coaching since 2001, first speaks about her upbringing where she learned the value of learning and hard work from a very young age. Taking us through her fitness journey, she mentions it began in high school where she played softball, volleyball and basketball and continued with basketball through college.
She mentions it is important to always be open to learning and keeping your curiosity as it will keep you open to exploring, which coincides with your wanting to learn more about movement and how it all works. She speaks further about the beginning of her career and how she found her passion for working in fitness and teaching others.
Building community is very important to Analisa, she demonstrates this by ensuring her students are educated on healthy ways to move which works with their lifestyle. She also ensures her students are not only healthy on a physical level but also on a mental level.
In closing, she reminds us to have patience and understanding that it will take time for you to get where you want to be in life.
