Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Mauro sits down with his friend Anthea.
Listen as she takes us along her fitness journey as a busy mom and wife. At 43 she then decided to seek help from a nutrition coach who assisted her with reaching her goal. After realizing she needed to remain consistent with her health and fitness, she decided to start Strength Training.
Anthea soon noticed she had a passion for fitness and decided to Pay It Forward and help others as she was helped at the beginning of her journey. She first completed her training certification and continued to build her knowledge through conferences and courses and receiving advice from others with more experience in the business.
Leaving us with some final words, one thing she wishes she would have known earlier on was to get a coach. So she wants anyone who is just starting, to get a coach and give yourself time to learn and establish a routine as it will be beneficial to you in the long run.
