Don’t Tell Me to Breathe with Stacey

Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with his friend Stacey Brion.

Stacey is a Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in offering family-inclusive therapy through her practice, Family Therapy Toronto. She is passionate about supporting families during difficult transactions and helping them to work through challenging family dynamics. In addition to seeing clients in her office, Stacey also works with them in their homes and schools.

Listen as she helps us to understand ourselves and the factors which affect our mental health. She also draws the connection between the mental and physical aspects of our bodies and how one can affect the other.

Her fitness journey initially began as a teen but inconsistently as her attention was usually elsewhere. However, after having children, fitness became a priority as her relationship with her body changed and her physical weaknesses were now known to her.

Our hope for you is to understand that it is never too late to seek help whether it is with your physical or mental health. If you or anyone you know are looking for mental health support, we encourage you to reach out to Stacey at Family Therapy Toronto. But in cases of an emergency, please call 911.
