Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with a fellow mentee Allison Vaeth (Ally).
Ally is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, Certified in MER, and Hypnosis who also gained her professional status in the IFBB Pro League in 2018.
Over the years her interest shifted from health and nutrition to the realm of mindset, connection, and therapy. She believes that people need to work on the inside first so the outside can reflect what is truly happening underneath everything.
As she takes us through her fitness journey, she shares how she was able to overcome her struggles with unhealthy eating and mental habits which negatively affected her life. Through her change of mindset, she gradually started working towards creating new goals.
