Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Jacqueline Owens who many know as Coach Jacq.
Coach Jacq who is currently a functional strength coach at All Day Fit, has always been active growing up and navigated towards the more intense sports. Growing into her teen years she did not give up on fitness as she continued to be an athlete.
Her natural drive and motivation to provide her clients with an opportunity to improve their physical and mental well-being have proven to be an inspiration to all. She tells us how she navigated to personal training more so because of community which is important to her.
Having obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Westen University in addition to her many fitness credentials has allowed her to grow immensely in the industry.
In closing, Coach Jacq reminds us of the importance of being consistent and having a balance in your health & fitness plan while getting comfortable with being uncomfortable as you work towards your goals.
