Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with his friend, colleague and return guest Kahlil Chiza-Ricketts.
Kahlil gives us an update on what he has been doing since he last spoke to us during the pandemic. He takes us down memory lane to his time working with Peloton and the change he noticed with persons being motivated to stay active during the pandemic.
He helps us to understand why fad diets are relevant and the steps you can take to have a more sustainable, long-term plan while listening to your body and understanding your limits along the way.
With the overall goal being a healthy lifestyle, he reminds us that we are not able to do anything without motivation. The key is to motivate yourself and understand your limits so you can work towards being healthy while being kind to yourself and knowing the results do not happen overnight.
