Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Oskar Kamiński.
Oskar who is a fellow mentee from the Muscle Intelligence mentorship is also a Level 4 Diabetes & Obesity management specialist and physical trainer who shares with us his fitness journey and his professional career.
He takes us through the journey which initially began as helping his friends in high school to expand to him further developing himself and qualifying as a personal trainer to then working as a personal trainer on Cruise Ships.
With his passion to combine travel with work, he navigated the different dynamics of training while on a Cruise Ship. Although it was not as hands-on as he expected, after 3 months he moved and was successful in landing a position as a trainer in Gibraltar.
In closing, Oskar reminds us the key to getting started is not to overcomplicate things and find what works for you.
