Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Danai Sisouphanh.
Danai is a strength and conditioning coach and a triathlete with years of experience in coaching. As a lifelong competitor with 15 years of swimming competitively, he is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
Having found his passion during the final years of completing his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, after obtaining his degree, he immediately went on to attain his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS).
Danai’s goal is to help you reach your personal goals but reminds us that results are not instant, so you should be open-minded to the process and be invested in the process in order to have success.
