Jeff owns JH Health & Fitness where he helps clients achieve a body recomp, by building muscle and losing fat through my science-backed body recomp methods.

His drive and experience used to help clients are due to his personal experience. Know wherever you’re on your fitness journey right now, Jeff has been there at some point and helped someone go through it.

The beginning of his fitness journey is not as standard as it all started with dumbbells. Yes, you read that correctly; dumbbells. His journey started simply with doing curls with his dad’s old dumbbells and knocking out push-ups as a kid. 

From a short guy with a skinny frame and little to no confidence in himself to seeking gains in college. His path eventually landed him in the position of a gym manager where he was able to find his passion for becoming a personal trainer.
