She shares with us her fitness journey and how it all began with her taking a step and wanting a change. Her original goal was losing weight and her fitness goal has since evolved.
She shares how her journey has inspired friends and family and she has become an inspiration to many. She encourages everyone to move away from the limitations of the phrase “I can’t” and strive to try and push themselves within their safe limits and know age is just a number.
