Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Louka Kurcer.
Louka, a StrongFirst-Certified Instructor, shares his fitness journey which like many others began in his adult stage in life. After experiencing an unfortunate life change, he learned his own strength and used his days to train and learn strength.
Finding a passion in many books by Pavel Tsatsouline, he slowly started to realize his passion for strength and kettlebell training. These books helps him to learn the best methods to become stronger and he used that to grow his purpose.
Listening to his story you will find he is an inspiration to all. Louka had a clear plan upon his release which would be to become a certified instructor and teach others how to become stronger through kettlebells.
Turning his dream into a reality, Louka now teaches many courses and certifications across Canada. He is also the proud owner of the Kettlebell Club, his own “school of strength” in the Montreal area, where he teaches.
