Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Alena Luciani.
Alena is the founder and head coach of Training2XL which she initially began as a way for herself and other graduating athletes to access strength training programs.

In continuing her education, she then went on to receive a Masters of Sports Science and Recreation with a distinction in Coaching from Ohio University. She has also a certified as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength & Conditioning Association, as well as USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach.
Listen as Alena takes us through her fitness journey and the importance of strength training as a young upcoming athlete to prevent injury and prepare yourself for a long-lasting career.
