Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with his friend and fellow mentee Lachlan Mott
Lachlan who is a Certified Sports Nutritionist and Fitness Coach, has over 6 years of experience and proven results. He takes us along his professional and personal fitness journey. Lachlan, who was convinced to take a step further into competitive fitness, soon discovered he could take it one level higher by becoming a personal trainer.
Being very candid, he admits he first went into the fitness industry to make money, however, his passion quickly grew after noticing his clients had good results due to his guidance and training.
Lachlan goes on to speak about understanding that fitness is not only physical but also the mental aspect plays a very important part. Therefore, do not dismiss the physiological aspects liked to fitness.
In closing, he provided simple but valuable advice, in the context of; If you’re sick you go and see a doctor so why not have that same mindset when approaching your fitness.
