Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with personal trainer Maks Celkowski.
Maks started his fitness journey at a young age as he started swimming competitively in grade 2 until the end of high school. He tells us about the training routines and then takes a break from full hands-on training at University before getting in the gym and starting the new course in his fitness journey.
He also takes us through his journey in realizing he wanted to pursue fitness professionally and his experience in working within the industry with like-minded people who have gone from strangers to friends as time goes on.
He shares his knowledge of philosophy and the ways in which it links back to fitness and everyday life. In closing, Maks wants everyone to know that getting fit does not have to feel scary to get started. With proper programming and the right motivation, you will be fine and enjoy the journey.
