Food Relationship with Cass


Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with friend Cassandra Colosimo.

Cassandra (Cass), who is a Fitness Instructor Specialist whose fitness journey began with Soccer in her younger years then evolved into Health and Fitness after spending time in the gym doing what she loved.

Like many of us, Cass realized Social Media was a big influence on others and decided to start her own Instagram page to be a positive influence for others looking to begin and/or maintain their fitness journey.

Her passion is to help others to have a healthy relationship with food and to one day open a Boutique Gym where there are different services to meet the needs of everyone.

In closing, Cass wants everyone to understand that results take time but not to give up. Maintaining consistency and having patience will allow you to achieve your goals.
