Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with his client Sanaz Talebi.
Sanaz, who is a mom of 2, is the creator of Quick Kitchen Creations’ food blog where she combines her love for food and her Canadian-Iranian culture. She is also a high school teacher who followed her passion in is taking traditional dishes and adding her modern twist.
Having tried to remain active during a pandemic and realizing she wasn’t happy with her physical appearance and energy levels, she decided to take charge of her health and reach out to coach Mauro.
Sanaz takes us on her journey of balancing fitness and everyday life. She wishes for everyone to understand that your fitness journey is much more than exercise. It encompasses nutrition, sleep, self-care and simply enjoying life along that way.
We hope that everyone takes Sanaz’s advice and understands; It’s Not a Diet, It’s a lifestyle.
