Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Chevy Phillip and his partner Hash Sandhu.
Hash, an online fitness coach, got into fitness about a year and a half ago to become more confident with her body and weight. In going through her journey and realizing she was an inspiration to many she decided it was a good idea to help other and inspire females who struggle with body dysmorphia like she previously did.
Chevy, is an IFBB Pro and personal trainer who recently took part in the Olympia. He takes us through his fitness journey and the importance of understanding that fitness is not a race or a quick fix but a lifelong journey. Together with Hash, they intend to build a brand that empires and helps others reach their goals.
