Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with fellow mentorship attendee, Michael Marras.
Michael, who spent a decade as a Police officer was interested in fitness since the age of 15, so it was no surprise when he decided to move to the path of Personal Trainer after his time with the RCMP.
As he is a dad of 2, it was no surprise that his passion is working with fathers and creating a brotherhood of fathers who wants to be engaged and want to have the vitality and energy to keep up with their kids for years to come. Creating a space where there is no more “Dad Bods”, no more Homer Simpson demographic of fitness.
Michael speaks about the importance of being intentional with your fitness journey to make fitness works for your lifestyle. And that does not mean you need to have everything figured out to get started but be intentional and trust your coach to get you along the way.
