Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with his former colleague Neil.
Neil tells us a little bit about his new role as Customer Experience at Zoleo which is a satellite communicator and allows people to communicate off the grid. So if you’re a person who enjoys recreational activities or a profession that takes you out of cellular services then this service is for you.
He then takes us through his fitness journey which began with sports and activities as a child then continuing into high school. After acquiring his Bachelor of Health Science from York University he then went onto what he described as a “Roller Coaster” career path.
From his experience in various areas of business and fitness, he finds it is very important to have a preventative approach with health and fitness rather than a reactive approach. This will allow us to be more prepared for whatever unexpected obstacles or events will take place in life.
In his final words, Neil leaves advice for us to understand how our mind works and find the best path to accommodate that. Understand where you want to be and what you want to do and go after it.
