Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with former client Dr. Gigi Anis (Gigi).

Gigi’s fitness journey initially started as a child but went on pause when she pursued her passion for becoming a veterinarian. After getting back into fitness, the basics and staying consistent helped her achieve her desired results.

As a veterinarian, she shares how the same calorie deficit plan we use for weight loss as people is similar to what she will suggest for weight loss in animals as everything comes right back to a calorie deficit.

Since deciding to make a change in 2019, Gigi shares the health benefits she felt in her professional and personal life. The pains she attributes to her profession disappeared as she improved her health.

Towards the end of the podcast, she shares her Self Prophecy routine and suggests everyone remove anything from their life that doesn’t serve their purpose.
