Nothing great is ever accomplished without a few obstacles. This includes losing weight and gaining the body you’ve always wanted. You’ll have days when you don’t want to workout. You’ll have days when you’ll binge on something unhealthy or go overboard at happy hour. You’ll have days when the scale goes up a pound or two – and you’ll want to quit. This is normal!
Be realistic about your journey. You won’t drop two jean sizes in one day or lose 50 pounds in a month (no matter what that program promises you). Getting in shape requires patience. Trust the process even when it’s hard. Even when it makes no sense. Even when you’ve been doing everything “right” and nothing is changing. Just keep going. Results will come if you stay consistent.
You have everything you need to be successful. You are capable of seeing this thing through. Just keep showing up each day to do the work. We believe in you.
