Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Mauro sits down with his friend Ana.
Listen as she takes us back in time to the age of 10 when she was first introduced to the world of fitness, thanks to her older brother. She also goes further into her first workout experience at age 14 and her journey since then.
Through her Fascial Stretch training, she learned that everyone cannot be approached the same way and you have to have compassion for people and meet them where they are.
She speaks further about her childhood and being thankful to her mother that she was able to grow up and have a healthy approach to fitness and not fall into the stereotype of getting into it just for looks.
In closing she reminds us that it’s important to take ownership of your health and if you’re at an uncertain stage in your fitness journey, to just follow your heart as there is no right or wrong.
