Being disciplined is hard. Early morning workouts are tough. So are late evening workouts. Even midday workouts force you to reorder your life to accommodate them. Choosing healthier foods is hard. Cooking regularly can be challenging. Being active on a daily basis for life can be tough. Yet, the pain of discipline is far less than the pain of regret. Regretting not reaching your full potential. Not getting in the shape you wanted. Not really pushing yourself to see what you were really capable of.
