Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Cody Knights.
Cody’s fitness journey started with football at age 12, playing straight through high school then university and he continued up until the age of 25. He takes us through his progress, including starting his personal meal plans as a teen and deadlifting at age 18.
He credits his environment to who he is today and the success he has attained thus far. He shares how your environment can benefit your progress once you manipulate it to your advantage and hopes other coaches and people understand and foster this thinking.
Listen as Cody takes us through his journey and lets us know that his mission as a coach is to push you toward your goals using your tools. He relies on tough love as if you’re allowed to slack off, you will not meet your ultimate goal.
